Do I have to come into the showroom?

How does delivery and installation work?
Our team handles non-crane white-glove delivery and placement, ensuring your spa is positioned properly and ready for setup.
We also offer in-house Spa School at both of our showroom locations, where you’ll receive expert guidance on water care, system setup, and operation so you feel confident getting your spa ready for your first soak.
For the installation side, we work closely with trusted local contractors—including electricians and concrete professionals—and are happy to provide recommendations so you can have a smooth, well-coordinated setup from start to finish.
